The International Movement for a Just World (JUST) is a society which seeks to develop global awareness of the injustices within the existing system with the aim of evolving an alternative international order which will enhance human dignity and social justice. More specifically, our primary goal is to establish a spiritual and intellectual foundation for a just world.

Given the current geo-political climate, the need to foster community understanding and peace-building has been identified by the Commission for Mission of the Uniting Church as an area that warrants a significant focus -through knowledge comes understanding, and only once there is understanding can there be peace.

3. Pax Christi Australia (Victoria)
Pax Christi Australia is a Christian peace movement with branches in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland and individual members throughout Australia. Members are involved in peace efforts in the fields of demilitarisation and security, human rights, ecology, development, economic justice and reconciliation.
